Declan McGurk
Declan McGurk is a passionate hospitality leader who specializes in high level bar management. Having begun a career in bars in 1999, McGurk has gone on to secure a number of leadership roles. Most notable has been the time spent at the iconic London hotel, The Savoy. He started off as the bar manager of the American Bar and was promoted to Director of Bars where he oversaw the full bar operation. During this tenure the American Bar was awarded the #1 spot on the World’s 50 Best Bars list in 2017, and World’s Best Bar in the Spirited Awards 2018.
