Rachel Ellen

Rachel Ellen started taking in studio yoga classes in her first year of dance college in 2014. For her it was a breath of fresh air amongst the competitive nature of the dance world. After completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Parampara School of Yoga in March 2019, she because  teacher herself and has been teaching ever since. In August 2020, she also completed my 30 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Eva Maxine online. She went on to train with Eva again in April 2021 and completed her Restorative Yoga Teacher Training. She strive to offer a welcoming space for people to come as they are. Rachel Ellen teaches a range of different classes in different spaces including yoga for addiction recovery, classes online & her studio. Her classes are sprinkled with influences from her dance training, moments of quiet and generally a quote or a “food for thought” phrase near the end. She believes Yoga is so much more than the physical postures and it is important to share as much as possible with as many people as possible.
