Zoran Peric began bartending at an early age in his native Belgrade, Serbia. In 1996 he moved to London and soon began working behind the bar at the five-star Landmark Hotel where his passion for cocktails was truly sparked. He perfected his techniques for the classics and began experimenting with unusual combinations. He became heavily involved in the United Kingdom Bartenders Guild and served as chairman for London and the South East. He went on to launch the Soho Hotel as a bar manager and soon after was promoted to group bar manager for Firmdale Hotels and helped develop the Haymarket Hotel as a consultant in 2007. In 2008 he transitioned into a brand ambassador presenting brands like; Suntory portfolio (Japanese whiskies Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Hibiki) and Patron spirits. After a decade, Zoran took on the role of International Brand Ambassador for House of Suntory. In early 2020 he developed Ice Carving Cool, a professional bartender training program offering different levels of ice carving techniques.
