Joe Schofield

With a number of the world’s most prestigious awards under his belt, Joe Schofield is a man of many talents.
Though he studied contemporary arts, he knew early on that his love of bartending would take him places. Schofield is the only person in history to have won both International Bartender of The Year in the Tales of The Cocktail Spirited Awards and Bartender’s Bartender at The World’s 50 Best Bars 2018. He’s worked in many of the world’s best bars, including Tippling Club in Singapore with owner/Chef Ryan Clift. It was here the duo created their award-winning multisensory menu concepts. During his time at Tippling Club he established the Tippling Club in the World’s 50 Best Bars at number 31 and Asia’s 50 Best Bars at number 7. Joe continues working with Ryan Clift in their consultancy company Sensorium.He currently splits his time working around the world with his projects; Schofield’s, Sensorium and Asterley Bros, where as creative director and he has helped bring Schofield’s Dry Vermouth to market to sit alongside the rest of the range which showcases the best of British botanicals and wine with their Dispense Amaro, Britannica Fernet and Estate Vermouth. As if he’s not busy enough, he’s also an ambassador for Swiss luxury kitchen appliance brand, V-ZUG.
