Patrick Pistolesi
Class 1978, Patrick Pistolesi was born in Italy with an Irish heritage. While studying and pursuing his career in acting, he fell in love with bartending. It started all as a game when he was 19: he loved the night, parties, girls. But after a while it all became serious and then he started thinking it as a real career to pursue. The same career which brought him to travel the World, judging and partecipating at many International Cocktail Competitions, such as 42 Below and Nikka Perfect Serve. Pistolesi consulted and opened for others a lot of bars in Rome: Barnum, Caffe Propaganda and The Gin Corner (the first Gin bar of Italy!), to mention few.
He has been also the Brand Ambassador for Schweppes and Jameson Irish Whiskey for 4 years.
Today Patrick Pistolesi is a drink consultant for many famous brands and the co-owner and co-founder of NIO ready to drink Cocktails. Last but not least, he is now owner and co-founder of Drink Kong, his own bar, which ranked n.45 in the 50 best bars 2021 and n.22 in the top 500 bars in just two years.
And of course, Patrick Pistolesi is also a singer in a band!
