Being born and raised in Dublin, Ireland I was given the opportunity growing up to work in some incredible bars, restaurants and cafes. Whether I was working in fine dining or pouring pints of Guinness, each job gave me an interesting perspective of hospitality that stuck with me for life. As of April 2018 I made my way over to Austin, Texas with some good pals to open up our speakeasy ‘Here nor There’. As of last year we are delighted to have opened our second location ‘In Plain Sight’ a delightful little aperitivo style cocktail bar. This is only the beginning for us and we are very excited to showcase what we’ve been working on over the coming years.
