Italian born Luca Cinalli is a man of many talents who has worked his way through every aspect of the hospitality industry. From fisherman to barista, to vegetable and butter sculpture to sommelier and master bartender, he’s done it all with class and grace. He’s consulted all over the world. He moved to London in 2006, where he worked at Pigalle Club, Mahiki, Nightjar — with each venue winning multiple awards around the world. He was then offered the position of head bartender at Oriole Bar where he was able to combine all of his experience and created a concept called Speaky Tiki. After leaving Oriole Bar, he started his own company, Hospitality Gourmet. With his consulting company, he has worked on bar programs in China, India, the UK, and the US. In 2020, he will open his first venue in London.
