For about fifteen years in the hospitality sector, specializing almost immediately in the world of mixology. He became passionate about bartending, discovering not only cocktails but also cultures, stories, skills… He decided to take this profession around the world: Spain, Portugal, the United States, Mexico. He blends work with his greatest passions: a love for the new, adventure, travel, new flavors, and creative pairings between kitchen and bar. He has participated in various high-profile international competitions, winning several, including the most recent, Art of Italicus 2023. In 2021, he opened Sartoria – Democratic Mixology – with his partners; a venue born from the desire to democratize quality drinking. Hospitality, attention to detail, selected raw materials, and a strong connection with customers characterize Sartoria the most.
